These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlirtCam Chat (the "Service"), operated at chat.flirtcam.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the Service, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
FlirtCam Chat provides live, real-time text chat rooms and private direct messaging between registered users, with the ability to share images and GIFs. The Service does not itself produce, direct, or create any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct; any content shared is generated and uploaded entirely by users.
You must register with a username, password, and the profile details we request (including age and gender) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or post. By posting content, you grant FlirtCam Chat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have all necessary rights and consents to share it, including the consent of any other identifiable person depicted.
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Users may report other users or content through the in-app reporting feature. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
FlirtCam Chat has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. Any such content will be removed immediately upon discovery, the associated account permanently terminated, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
The Service, including its design, branding, code, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), is the property of FlirtCam Chat and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of any user, on or off the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIRTCAM CHAT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR HARM ARISING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlirtCam Chat, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
