DMCA & Content Policy

1. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on FlirtCam Chat, without exception:

• Any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing anyone under the age of 18, in any form, real or simulated
• Content shared without the consent of everyone depicted, including non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual conduct, coercion, or violence presented as acceptable
• Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking, prostitution solicitation, or other illegal commercial sexual services
• Malicious software, spam, or content intended to harm the Service or its users

Violating content will be removed upon discovery or report, and the associated account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

2. Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

FlirtCam Chat has an absolute, zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. Any such content discovered on the Service will be removed immediately, the responsible account permanently terminated, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline.org and to appropriate law enforcement, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable law.

3. Record-Keeping Statement (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

FlirtCam Chat is a live text chat platform. It does not itself produce, film, direct, or create any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct; all images shared on the Service are uploaded directly by users of their own accord. As such, FlirtCam Chat does not act as a "primary producer" or "secondary producer" as those terms are defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and does not maintain 2257 records for user-submitted content on that basis.

All users must affirmatively confirm they are 18 years of age or older at account registration, and by uploading any content, each user represents and warrants that they are 18 or older, that any person depicted in content they upload is 18 or older, and that they have full legal right to share that content.

This statement is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. 4. Reporting Content or Users

Registered users can report another user directly from the profile menu within any chat room by clicking a username and selecting "Report." Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, warnings, or account termination at our discretion.

5. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

If you believe content on FlirtCam Chat infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the room, approximate time, and username involved)
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Send takedown notices to the contact information below. We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the identified content and, where appropriate, notifying the user who posted it.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts found to have repeatedly infringed the rights of others, or repeatedly violated this Content Policy, will be permanently terminated.
